Three losses a pharmacy sees too late.
They do not come from poor management: they come from tools that say nothing about the real stock.
The lost sale
The product is missing when the customer asks for it, and nobody saw it coming.
The expired box
A batch passes its date on the shelf: it must be set aside, returned or destroyed, and the loss is found too late.
The double entry
The network drops, the notebook takes over, and in the evening someone copies out the day's sales.
What Pharivo does
Four things you can check for yourself.
No promises: features you see working, in your own pharmacy.
Stock comes out of the sale
At the counter, with the keyboard and the scanner, every sale deducts the right batch. Nobody keeps stock by hand.
CounterRegulated prices are known
Every sale is compared with the regulated public price; a gap is flagged at the counter and in the monthly report.
ComplianceThe ARP catalogue is already there
You do not type in your catalogue: you find it, with marketing authorisations, withdrawals and batch recalls.
ComplianceOffline is real
Sales, receiving and stocktaking go on without a network, then reconcile on their own, with nothing to re-enter.
Offline
At the counter
A sale with the keyboard, no mouse.
The cashier scans, adjusts a quantity, takes payment: everything is done with the keyboard and the scanner, on a 1366 x 768 screen where the whole basket stays visible.
- Scan, quantity, batch: the scanner and a few keys.
- Cash, Wave, Orange Money; the change shows in large figures.
- The receipt on paper or by message.
- Without a network, the sale goes on.

The owner
Every morning, the day's actions, in francs.
Today ranks what needs your attention, from the largest amount to the smallest: what to set aside, what to return to the wholesaler, what to order.
- Set expired stock aside, return to the wholesaler, chase a credit note, order.
- The same summary by email, WhatsApp or SMS.
- On the computer as on the phone.

Stock
Every batch, its expiry, its history.
From delivery to sale, return or destruction, every batch keeps its trail: its date, its value at purchase price and every action taken on it.
- Scanner receiving, GS1 code read.
- Stocktaking by scan, discrepancies sorted by amount.
- Returns to the wholesaler tracked until the credit note.

Before and after
What changes at the counter in the very first week.
The same gestures, without recounting at night or finding losses too late.
Stock
With a notebook or spreadsheet : Recounted by hand, rarely right
With Pharivo : Taken out by every sale, batch by batch, always right
Expiry dates
With a notebook or spreadsheet : Found on the shelf, once the box is lost
With Pharivo : Announced ahead, sorted by the amount at stake
Regulated prices
With a notebook or spreadsheet : Remembered, checked at random
With Pharivo : Compared on every sale, any gap flagged at the counter
Network outage
With a notebook or spreadsheet : Back to the notebook, retyped at night
With Pharivo : Sales continue, everything syncs when the network returns
Month end
With a notebook or spreadsheet : Hours of sums for the accountant
With Pharivo : The PDF report and accounting export, ready early in the month
A day with Pharivo
From the morning to the monthly report, with nothing to copy out.
In the morning
Today
What to set aside, what to return, what to order, and what each action is worth in francs.
At the counter
The sale
Scan, quantity, payment in cash, Wave or Orange Money: all with the keyboard, the receipt goes out on paper or by message.
On delivery
Receiving
Receiving is done with the scanner: the GS1 code gives the batch and the expiry date.
In the evening
The till
The till closes on a counted difference, with its reason; the day's summary prints.
Every month
The report
The management report arrives as a PDF, and the accountant receives the export.
Offline
The network drops. The sale goes on.
Pharivo has no degraded mode: the counter sells on the computer, keeps every operation, and sends it as soon as the network returns. Nobody copies out the day in the evening.
How offline works- OnlineEverything is synchronised.
- OfflineThe sale goes on on this computer.
- 3 operations pendingThey leave when the network returns.
Our red lines
What Pharivo refuses to be.
A therapeutic adviser
Pharivo identifies products; it never says what to take, how much, or what for.
A partner in your turnover
No commission on the pharmacy's sales, ever.
A data reseller
No pharmacy data is seen by a wholesaler or a laboratory without the pharmacy's written consent.
A black box
Every figure is computed from the movement log, and says where it comes from.
Pricing
A clear subscription, with no commission.
The whole pharmacy for a monthly price in CFA francs, payable by mobile money. Two months free when you pay for the year.
From
20,000F CFA per month
For pilot pharmacies: half price for a year and setup included.
See the plansThe questions pharmacy owners ask.
Do we need a new computer?
Usually not. Pharivo is designed for an entry-level Windows PC with Chrome or Edge, a 1366 x 768 screen, a barcode scanner and an 80 or 58 mm receipt printer.
What happens when the connection drops?
On a computer that is already signed in, the counter keeps selling. Every operation is kept on the computer, then sent when the network returns, with nothing to re-enter.
Do we have to type in our whole catalogue?
No. The national catalogue, drawn from the ARP's public registers, is already loaded: you find your products, then add what is specific to you.
Does our data belong to us?
Yes. The pharmacy's operating data belongs to it; no third party sees it without its written consent, and it is handed back at the end of a contract.
How much does Pharivo cost?
A monthly subscription in CFA francs, with no commission on your sales. During the pilot phase, pricing is provided on request, in writing, before any commitment.
Does Pharivo advise customers?
No. Pharivo identifies, counts and traces; dispensing and advice remain the pharmacist's business.
The pilot
Three pilot pharmacies, with us, starting now.
Half price for a year, setup included: Pharivo installed on your computer, your catalogue taken over, your cashiers trained at the counter, and what bothers you fixed with you.
