The processing of pilot requests is being declared to Senegal's Personal Data Protection Commission; its receipt will be published here.

The site collects nothing unless you send it. When you fill in the « Become a pilot pharmacy » form, we record:

• the pharmacy's name and city, the owner's name;
• a phone number, and an email address if you give one;
• the number of sales computers, the tool used today and your message, if any;
• the language and the page of the site the request was sent from;
• a fingerprint of your IP address, computed with a one-way function, never the address itself.

Like any web server, the site's host keeps a technical log of requests (IP address, page requested, time), which it keeps for a few days for the security of the service.

• To contact you about the pilot and arrange a demonstration: this answers your request, prior to a possible contract.
• To protect the form against automated submissions and abuse, using the IP fingerprint: this is the publisher's legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.

Your answers are used for no third-party marketing, are neither sold nor rented, and are cross-referenced with no other source.

• The IP fingerprint is erased after 30 days.
• A request that does not lead to a pilot is deleted 24 months after it was received.
• A request that does lead to one joins the pharmacy's file, under the terms of its contract.

Only the Pharivo team in charge of pilots reads requests. Our technical providers process them on our behalf, without being able to use them for themselves:

• site hosting: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue, Suite 4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States;
• request storage: Supabase Inc., data hosted in the European Union (Ireland, eu-west-1 region);
• email sending: Resend (Plus Five Five Inc.), sending from the European Union (Ireland, eu-west-1 region).

These providers are located outside Senegal, in the European Union and the United States. These transfers are covered by contractual data protection commitments, as required by law no. 2008-12.

Under law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, you may at any time:

• find out whether we hold data about you, and obtain a copy;
• have it corrected or completed;
• object to its processing, or ask for its deletion.

Write to contact@pharivo.com: we answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP), in Dakar, at cdp.sn.

The site sets no cookie, whether for audience measurement, advertising or social networks. It uses no tracking tool. Fonts and images are served by the site itself.

Every exchange with the site is encrypted (HTTPS). The requests table is only accessible to the site's server and the Pharivo team; it is closed to any public access.

This policy may change, for example if audience measurement were one day added. The update date at the top of the page says so; a significant change is announced on this page.
