The product

Everything a pharmacy does in a day, on a single computer.

The counter, stock by batch, local compliance, offline and reports form a single piece of software: every sale, every delivery and every count writes to the same log.

Getting started

How Pharivo moves into your pharmacy.

The real obstacle is not the software: it is taking over what exists. We do it with you.

  1. The catalogue taken over

Your products are found in the national catalogue, with their regulated price; local product sheets cover the rest.

  2. The opening stock

Stock is counted once, with you, batch by batch, with the scanner. After that, it comes from sales and deliveries.

  3. The team trained

Cashiers learn the counter with the keyboard, the owner gets to grips with Today and the reports.

  4. Someone you can reach

By phone and on WhatsApp, someone who knows Pharivo and your pharmacy.

Equipment

The computer you already have is enough.

Every screen is measured on a slow processor and a 3G network: Pharivo needs neither a recent machine nor fibre.

  • A Windows PC

Celeron or i3, 4 GB of memory, 1366 x 768 screen, with Chrome or Edge.

  • A barcode scanner

Plugged in over USB, it reads barcodes and Data Matrix codes on boxes; Pharivo tests it at set-up.

  • A receipt printer

Thermal, 80 or 58 mm: the receipt carries the logo in pure black and the pharmacy's details.

  • The owner's phone

Today, alerts and reports open in the browser, with no app to install.

The team

Everyone sees their own work, and only that.

Owner
Decides: Today, reports, settings and the team.
Assistant pharmacist
Supports the owner: sets aside, destroys, approves deliveries.
Pharmacy technician
Receives deliveries, counts stock, serves at the counter.
Cashier
Takes payments at the counter, opens and closes their till.
Accountant
Receives exports and the sales log, with no access to the counter.

The pilot

Three pilot pharmacies, with us, starting now.

Half price for a year, setup included: Pharivo installed on your computer, your catalogue taken over, your cashiers trained at the counter, and what bothers you fixed with you.
